At least when it comes to trying to get on a design team. Used to, I would apply for every one that I liked...every one that had a good vibe for me. Now, I think I am going to do things differently. I am going to stay loyal to a few sites, and when they have calls apply there. In the meantime I will try and get a few guest spots. It'll be awhile to see how my theory plays out....every one of the sites I frequent has just finished their DT call.
Soooo......spring is SUPPOSEDLY on it's way. However, it is still COLD, very WINDY, and the car is on it's last legs. If it wasn't so brrr outside it necessarily be a bad thing....Shelby is small enough that I could walk places I need to get to, but when it's cold and I got two small kids....a car is really NICE. Now our car is really DYING, and supposedly the only way to fix it is to pull the engine out. Who has that kind of money? NOT us, that's for sure!
On the plus side, my in-laws will be here next week for a visit for a few days. So that will be nice....the kids have really been missing them lately. A few days after that one of my most favorite people in the world, my friend Colleen, will be here. I am so excited to see her....I have misses her SO much.
