I knew I would find it hard to believe. And I also knew I would ask this question: "Where has the summer gone?"
I do have to say though, as much as I love love LOVE my kids, I am so so SO ready for school to start back up. They have gotten bored, I think, and the fighting is a lot more rampant these days. I wish we could have done some more stuff with them, but financial and work constraints have a nice way of putting a damper on things.
We did get to go to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House. That was VERY cool and hopefully the kids will remember that for a long time.
We have also gone to Bear Lake. Once.
We haven't made it to St. George. Probably won't. Nor have we made it to The Clark Planetarium. We still might.
I can't believe how fast time flies once you have kids. I can remember as a teenager school and EVERYTHING took forever. 4-EVAH!!!! Now that I have cute kiddoes of my own, time can't go slow enough.

I know what you mean. My middle school was year round and I hated it, but now as a Mom, there are times I wish my kids were year round. They are totally bored as well! The summer seems to be dragging on in some respects, but then again, we haven't had time to do anything fun, other than a couple of trips to the swimming pool. Anyway, Kirk is going to be gone next week. If you feel like getting together let me know!
